HI, I'M AIMEE. WELCOME TO MY JOURNEY.

A few highlights:

Publications

I've been published in the Puget Sound Business Journal, Tri-City Herald, Offbeat Bride, CareerBuilder, Jackson Hole News & Guide, MSN, and more. By now, I've interviewed hundreds of fascinating people and am grateful for their trust.

Platform

Accessibility is my wheelhouse: I've given a talk at &yetConf about being deaf in a tech-driven world, acted in an internal accessibility training video for a Fortune 500 company, and am obsessed with closed captioning policies and technologies.

Learning

A few years ago, I fell into the technical rabbit hole as a student learning JavaScript, jQuery, API documentation, the Adobe Creative Suite, SQL Server, C#, and other icebergs I've only scraped the tip of.

A little bit about me

Vintage Typewriter image

Me

Days on the high school news staff (and beyond) gave me a nose for the 5 Ws (Who, What, Why, When, How).

Myself

Some days, the stars align and my left and right brain work together to solve problems.

I

Seeing print journalism go the way of content delivery platforms, I began learning to code in late 2012.

I love projects and random e-introductions. Let's talk!
